Liquid Vitamin Mineral

Does anyone know of a good gentle liquid vitamin/ mineral?

I have tried a lot of other things like acidophilus etc, and I need a good one for a slightly sensitive stomach. Just the liquid vitamin brand would be really helpful! Thanks. :)

  1. You need a whole food vitamin and mineral so that you body will recognize it as food and use it. The best I've found is www.realfoodnutrients.com/hb/home.htm
  2. fish oil is a very useful liquid vitamin...for more information on ingredients, what exactly the vitamin does and a good place to buy it visit http://www.kosherfishoilandvitamins.com
  3. There is this one but I don't think it is available in the UK and not sure how gentle it is on the stomach: http://www.docformliquidvitamins.com/vmchk/liquid-vitamins/daily-multiple-plus/flypage.tpl/ In the UK, there is the well-known Floradix supplement. But that is mainly for a source of organic iron [that is gentle on the stomach] and does not contain much in the way of vitamins: http://www.worldwideshoppingmall.co.uk/body-soul/floradix-liquid-iron-formula.asp Another one is this 'Now Liquid Multi', but yet again, I don't know how gentle this is on the stomach but since it is iron free it might very well be so... http://www.discount-supplements.co.uk/shopexd.asp?id=8162&utm_source=Nextag&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Nextag You could contact the agent selling this and ask them that question, or ask them for contact details for the company manufacturing this.. You could certainly supplement that with Floradix or Spatone [another source of organic iron] if you wanted a reliable source of organic iron too. There is also such as Mangosteen juice and Noni juice that are fairly rich in nutrients, especially antioxidants. And this blend in particular looks interesting...'Eniva Vibe - Liquid Nutrients'.....The vitamin levels are low....as listed but it is rich in antioxidants....though it is expensive... http://www.healthy.co.uk/products/eniva.html I just found this website, and they do a few formulas: http://www.liquidfood.net/ But they are not cheap!!! I think the 'Now Liquid Multi' [2nd link above] would perhaps be your better choice as that is not too expensive and the vitamin levels are quite high. Do query the gentleness on the stomach however. Hope this helps... Best wishes.
